Bag seems very durable. Didn't realize that the front compartment remains open at the top even when the side zipper is closed, which means I'm hesitant to put anything in there that might accidentally fall out, like my phone, etc.

I really like all the features on this pack. I don't see it so much for outdoor hiking or climbing, but it's great for around town or travelling. It's a bit heavy for a 24 liter pack, but for its intended use that should not be an issue.
