Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
Kongi lets you shop products from brands and pays you credit for taking a real look at sponsored products. Credit is store credit: it has no cash value and can only be used in Kongi. Play fair, and we'll keep it fair.
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and NimbleFig LLC ("Kongi", "we", "us") for using the Kongi app and kongi.co. By creating an account or using Kongi, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use Kongi
You must be 13 or older and live in the United States or Canada. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. You can have one account, tied to one phone number. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
3. Buying on Kongi
- Kongi is your buying agent. When you place an order, you pay Kongi and we buy the product from the brand on your behalf. The brand ships it to you, and its own terms of sale apply to the product.
- Prices, discounts and taxes are shown before you pay. If a price changes before you place an order, we'll show you the new total first.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, you get back what you paid, including any credit.
- Each brand's shipping rate is added in your bag and at checkout, before you pay. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
- If your order will ship later than we told you, we'll let you know and you can cancel it for a full refund.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns follow the brand's return policy, shown on the product before you buy. Some products are final sale. Start a return from Purchases in the app. What you paid by card goes back to your card, and any credit you used goes back to your balance. If the brand charges a return fee, it comes out of your refund. Discounts from promo codes aren't refunded as money.
5. Credit
What it is
Credit is a promotional store credit. It has no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used toward purchases in Kongi.
How you get it
- Sponsored products: when you open a sponsored product and take a real look, you may receive credit. Amounts vary by product and are set by Kongi; some add more than others.
- Purchases: some purchases earn credit, shown once you place the order. It's pending until the order is delivered, then it's added to your balance. If you return the item after that, the credit comes out of your refund.
- Your first look: a new account receives credit for its first real look at a product.
- Invites: when a friend you invite makes their first purchase, you each receive $10 in credit. If that purchase is fully returned, the invite credit is removed.
Using it
At checkout you choose whether to use your credit. It applies before your card. If you return an item bought with credit, the credit goes back to your balance.
Expiration
Credit expires 12 months after it's added to your balance, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Credit returned to your balance after a return keeps its original date.
Keeping it fair
Credit is for real shoppers, and it can only be earned in the Kongi app. We use automated detection, along with manual review, to find fraud and automation, including fake or duplicate accounts, bots and scripts, emulators, modified apps, click farms, and repeated or automated tapping. If you try to bypass these checks, manipulate how credit is earned, or hack Kongi to earn more, we'll suspend your account and remove its credit, including pending credit. We may also reduce, withhold or remove credit for other abuse. If your account is closed or deleted, remaining credit is forfeited, unless the law requires otherwise. We may change or end the credit program with notice in the app; credit already in your balance stays usable until it expires.
6. Promo codes
Promo codes have their own conditions, such as a minimum order, an end date or one use per person, shown when you apply them. They have no cash value and can't be combined unless we say so.
7. Sponsored products
Brands pay to place some products in Kongi. These are labeled "Sponsored". Tap the label to see why you're seeing one, or to report it.
8. Reviews
Once an order is delivered, you can review what you bought. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with the product. You keep ownership of your review and give Kongi permission to show it in the app and on kongi.co, with your first name and last initial. We may remove reviews that break these terms, such as ones that are fake, offensive or not about the product. Some reviews come from the brand's own site; those are labeled with where they're from.
9. Using Kongi fairly
Don't misuse Kongi. That includes using it for anything illegal, interfering with how it works, scraping or copying it, reverse-engineering it, or using bots or automation to view products, earn credit or buy. Accounts that do are suspended (see Keeping it fair in section 5).
10. Our content
Kongi, our app, site and content belong to us or the brands that provide them. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Kongi under these terms. Product names and images belong to their owners. Brands on Kongi aren't affiliated with Kongi and don't endorse it unless we say so.
11. Copyright and trademark complaints
If you own a product photo, description, review, trademark or other content shown on Kongi and want it removed, email legal@kongi.co with:
- what the content is and where it appears on Kongi (a link to the page is best);
- your name, company and contact details;
- a statement that you own the rights or are authorized to act for the owner, and that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review every request and remove content promptly, usually within one business day. A brand can also ask us to take down all of its products at once.
12. Other services
Some features, such as signing in with another account, digital wallets and payments, use third-party services. Their terms apply to your use of their services.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings > Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the limits below, survive.
14. Disclaimers
We work to keep Kongi running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises about Kongi beyond those in these terms. Products come with whatever warranty the brand offers. Some brands only honor warranties for items bought directly from them.
15. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Kongi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the order involved or $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived, including in Quebec.
16. Disputes
If you have a problem, contact us first at support@kongi.co and we'll try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where the law where you live says otherwise. If you live in Canada, the laws of your province apply and you can bring a claim in its courts.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Kongi after that, the new terms apply.
