Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Dough Mixer

Description

Precise, premium and ideal for entertaining. Ooni Halo Pro is a revolution in mixing. With an elevated design and high-powered features, it takes all the heavy-lifting out of professional baking results at home. • Our largest batch bowl size. Whether feeding a crowd or freezing for later, make up to twenty 12” pizzas or six large sourdough loaves in the 7.3 Qt bowl. • The spiral mixing difference. Using the same powerful technology as professional bakers, Ooni Halo Pro’s dough-kneading attachments work as one — building a high-quality gluten network through a thorough dual-kneading action. • Powerful high torque motor. Supports the longer mixing time that dough needs, with high torque DC motor strength up to 1000 RPM. • Finely-tuned precision with 58 speed settings. Control and consistency way beyond regular stand mixers — whatever hydration or kneading time the recipe calls for. • ‘Set and forget’ auto-stop timer. Make overmixing a thing of the past. The easy-to-set timer means you always come back to perfectly mixed dough. • Illuminated touch screen display. Easily adjust from timer to speed controls with our light-up, numbered touch screen. • Sturdy and stylish on your counter. Engineered with premium, heavy-duty materials, the die-cast aluminum structure oozes aesthetic appeal while staying stable on the counter, even at top speed. • Dishwasher safe stainless steel attachments. The easiest cleanup yet. From breaker bar to bowl, all of our attachments are fully removable and can be put into the dishwasher.
