Wonderfully balanced knife!
Christian L. · Sep 2026The large cutting board that has a drain channel around it on one side is great, especially for cuting up large and / or juicy things like a watermelon or a pineapple. And the juices don't run all over the counter top. It cleans up quickly and doesn't stain (at least so far).
