I’m 5’ 5” and weigh 180 and ordered XL. The jacket is comfortable and because it’s lightweight down, I don’t get overheated when indoors; yet it keeps me warm outside. I have 2 vests, 3 jackets, 2 shirt jackets. If you are not a fan of being bundled in the winter and like to unzip your jacket in the car. These are the items for you. I ordered a size bigger in the jackets. You can wear them with the vest underneath. I love the shirt jackets. You can wear a hoodie underneath. When you get into the car, you can unzip one or unsnap one. 💗
