Women's Leiki Waterproof Leather Hiking Boot

I love the style of these boots, but was surprised upon wearing them for the second time that they got wet inside walking through wet grass. The grass wasn't very long, but did at times cover the shoelace areas. Maybe it's just the sole that is waterproof? They're comfortable, but I am a bit disappointed that they are not as waterproof as I had hoped.

This is my first pair of Keens. I was aware of the brand’s good reputation so am excited to confirm that yes, these are well made, super comfortable trail hikers! Love them! Fit is exactly right. Didn’t need a wide width for a bunion with these as they’re a proper fit in the footbed. Highly recommend.

Originally wrote a review saying the tread was bad, but the longer and more difficult hikes completed in these boots, it seems the worse the tread is. If there is a wet rock anything that isn't the perfect condition, you will slip. Don't recommend if you are an avid hiker.
