Description

Summers come and go quickly in the mountains, so we refreshed the fit and fabric on this do-it-all short to make the most of every one. Lightweight, durable and quick-drying as ever, the Goodwin now feels softer and is made with more sustainable materials. The improved roomy, active fit with abrasion resistance holds up from long hikes to river dips, and multiple inseam lengths suit a range of mountain pursuits. A high-rise, elastic waistband with a built-in webbing belt adjusts easily, and a back zippered pocket with a drawcord loop keeps keys secure on the move.

Just off 8 days on the Colorado River. By the end of the trip most of the other gals were having problems with their lady bits. So much wet/dry/splash action that the skin gets annoyed. I felt so luck to have these shorts in my arsenal. While the fit is a bit bulky (I think that is to help with the air dry)...and the belt buckle seems unnecessary, and you aren't going to win sexiest in these thing…

I prefer a simplier design for entering and exiting shorts, especially if I am int he wilderness. These shorts while lovely, require a release of the buckle on belt, release of the snap and navigating the zipper. I like them never the less.
