The Tripp Boot features a saddle suede leather vamp and 11" burnished leather shaft. It has a square toe—a roomy working style that offers all-day comfort—and a leather walking heel. The construction includes a double welt and ¾ welt leather sole, secured with lemonwood pegs and brass nails, plus a removable Tru-X insole for extra cushioning and support. Our boots are made with the same care and consideration that goes into our legendary headwear, resulting in the ultimate mix of heel-to-toe comfort, rugged durability, and timeless western style. Crafted in the bootmaking capital of León, Mexico—where the tradition of creating frontier-ready leather footwear dates back to the mid-17th century—each pair takes approximately 40 hours and 200 individual steps to complete. They are lasted and stitched entirely by hand, using high-quality leathers that will develop an attractive patina over time and welt construction that allows them to be resoled as needed.
