V-NECK MESH JERSEY HONORING THE 1959 SALT LAKE CITY BEES History: The 1959 Salt Lake City Bees were a Pittsburgh Pirates affiliate playing at Derks Field, and they were very good — finishing 85-69 to win the PCL pennant by one and a half games over Vancouver, the first title in the club's history. Pitcher Dick Hall led the staff with an 18-4 record and a 1.87 ERA. Outfielder R.C. Stevens led the club with 19 home runs. It was the Bees' second year back in the Pacific Coast League after a long run in the Pioneer League, and they announced their return by winning the whole thing. Made from breathable knit mesh with tackle twill appliqué lettering and logos, this jersey is inspired by the home uniform worn by the 1959 Salt Lake City Bees.
