The skirt itself is quite adorable, but the raw hem at the top of the skirt. . . just no. The skirt's description says it's "finished with a frayed, raw hem for added playfulness," but it just looks horrible and messy. Plan on trimming all the long, loose threads, and using Dritz Fray Check to prevent more fraying.
