This sweet top is all about the details like puff sleeves, a lace-trim neckline and a waist-cinching tie-back. Crafted from drapey viscose twill in a vintage-inspired floral print, it's made for flower markets and bike rides home. We love it even more paired with the matching skirt. 100% viscose. Dry clean.
