I have a set of rocking feet for each chair size I own. They not only slightly elevate the seat height due to the curvature of the feet, but the rocking action really makes for a comfy camp experience. I try and take a set on every trip. They also help distribute the weight more on softer ground - not as good as a ground sheet but adequate for my needs.

Great idea, and perhaps this works with other chair models, but I bought this for my sunset chair and it did not work as expected. Once attached, the chair wants to roll forward causing me to have to push back with my legs so I don't roll out of the chair and onto my face. This was on a grass surface.
