I have both the original nail remover and now this pen. For me, the pen works so much better than the original nail remover. I'm not sure if it's that the pen contains castor oil instead of water, or if it's because you can slide it under the edge of the nail and press the button and then let things soak that way. Either way, I love the pen and will be grabbing another!
