I ordered the higher backed ones for me and my wife and love them. I need to send back the low backed ones for refund.

I like them fine but the company will not answer my request to return a pair that I ordered wrong. So I bought 3 pair 1 for me and 1 for my wife and I need to return the ones for credit that I ordered wrong but I can’tget a response from Woolly’s.
