NaadamI’ve use the device on 3 cashmere sweaters. When I first started I just had it on a soft surface and realized I needed to have it on a hard surface and press down gently or put my hand behind the sweater while using it. Worked well, but it took awhile, so give yourself time. The device was easy to clean and I like that it is rechargeable Happy with my purchase.
