Nashville Stars Authentic Wool Ballcap

Description

WOOL BALLCAP HONORING THE NASHVILLE STARS History: The Nashville Stars were part of a long tradition of Black baseball in Music City, playing at historic Sulphur Dell during the 1940s and early 1950s. The club competed in the Negro Major League in 1942 and later appeared in the Negro Southern League. Although surviving records are incomplete, the Stars represent an important chapter in Nashville’s baseball story, when local teams provided elite competition and community pride during an era of segregation. Their name endures as a tribute to the players who helped sustain Black baseball in the South. Made from genuine wool broadcloth and finished with our signature green satin underbrim, this ballcap honors the legendary Nashville Stars.
