Men's Liberty 6" Waterproof 90° Heel Boot (Carbon Toe)

these boots were great at first then i changed jobs. After working on hills or kneeling down they started to rub my heels ankles and top of toes raw. Really wanted to like them. But had to get a new style of boot after the favorite style was discontinued

I’ve enjoyed these boots (11EE). They have plenty of room in the toe box and don’t squeeze my feet. They break in easily and have more flex compared to other full leather US made boots I’ve worn. My only criticism is, the inside lace-eye panel on the left boot isn’t set evenly with the other side. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance, but it looks a little funny to the discerning eye.

They run just a little short, my big toe was getting beat up a little. The fitment everywhere else seemed normal, so I'm worried about going up a half size. . . I had to return them. The return process was easy, and didn't take too long. The value is hard to gauge because I'm not sure if they can be resoled, and I never got to test them at work. I'm willing to try another pair, but I'll just wait …
