I've had mostly good experiences with 32 Degrees products, especially given the price. But some of their products are just objectively inferior - they pill and fray very easily, like their joggers for instance. This hoodie is also one of those. This hoodie was been washed exactly 1 time and worn one 1 trip. There's a spot on the back of the hoodie that looks like this now.
