Description The Opinel Maintenance Kit contains the essential accessories for keeping your knives in good condition. Nestled into a metal storage box, the Maintenance Kit contains a 5.5 inch sharpening stone, a 5oz can of plant-based oil, and a microfiber cloth all used in tandem to maintain and prolong the life of your Opinel knife. Sharpening Stone: A natural stone sourced in the French Pyrenees. Wet stone before sharpening blades. Maintenance Oil: Used to grease blades and the Virobloc ® locking ring , handles, and wood cutting boards. Microfiber Cloth: Used for cleaning your Opinel products, applying oil to blades and handles, and wiping clean after maintenance. True to our mission of creating sustainable goods, this clever kit is perfect for keeping your Opinel in tip top shape for years to come.
