Wool has been the fabric of choice for protection from the elements for centuries. Its unique structure allows it to wick away moisture for evaporation and continue to insulate if it gets wet. Our Mackinaw Wool has set the standard for natural performance and durability in the rainy and snowy Pacific Northwest mountains for well over a century. The interior cotton sweatband adds comfort. A leather hatband conceals the seam between crown and brim.
