KBGV Select, KBG, CD & CDG Glass Carafe Lid

Plastic lid broke after only a few months. Customer service replaced but was informed this isn't a warranty item and won't be replaced again. Concerned about the durability of the product now.

It’s a nice design overall, but I’d suggest having your supplier review the tolerances. It’s very easy for the lid to get knocked out of position form being connected to the glassware, and the two outer connection points on the lid don’t seem to be holding within a tight enough tolerance. When I lift the lid, it often feels loose and can easily fall out of its pocket.

Best customer service ever!!
