Nice kit and all in all I'd say fairly easy to put together. The hands are a bit tricky and the screws that hold the watch face to the movement are maddening. I finally got it by using the magnetizer for the screw driver. Frustrating yes, but fun and challenging. The Hudson watch has a nice hefty feel to it.

The whole process is very gratifying, especially when things fit after patient efforts (some steps took me about an hour).
