Runs at least a half size large, is NOT a slim fit as advertised and is clearly made for very muscular frames. I am a lifter and have been for 10 years, and only recently started running, so I am not scrawny (5' 11" and 195 lbs, pretty lean with a wider torso than my waist) and a large is too big for running comfortably without worrying about chaffing. I also feel like the material looked nicer …
