Description

A gold vermeil men's signet ring with an oval face of warm gray enamel, engraved with the figure of Fortuna and encircled by the Latin inscription Fortuna ut Luna, Fortune like the Moon. The combination of gold and gray gives the ring an antique quality, closer to a found coin or carved seal than a conventional piece of jewelry. Polished gold shoulders and a tapered band follow classic signet proportions. The inscription is a reminder as much as a design detail: fortune, like the moon, is always in motion.
