WHAT ARE THEY? Bridge Soles are designed to be a bridge from structured shoes to more natural footwear. They are specifically designed using the latest science to help people more easily adapt to lower drop, less cushioned, or more natural shoes. Using the scientific principle of muscle tuning, Bridge Soles reduce the body's "landing response" to help keep the foot and lower leg more relaxed. This can help prevent tight calves or Achilles, or other foot and lower leg issues related to adaptation. WHY DO THEY WORK? Bridge Soles help the body to relax and avoid tensing up as the foot hits the ground, thanks to the plush heel cup, soft arch, and over-sized met/forefoot pad.
