Description

Small enough to bring just in case, but bright enough to light the way down unexpected rappels and dark trails, the Astro 300 R is a fully rechargeable light featuring a compact body that is ergonomic with a low profile for better balance. In addition, the updated optical efficiency provides brighter light at 300 lumens. Powered by our BD 1500 Li-ion battery that’s charged by a micro USB, the Astro 300 R also features a sustainably made elastic headband with Repreve recycled textiles. The Astro's dimming and strobe modes let you customize the lighting to your needs, and the highly weather resistant housing withstands rain and sleet from any angle.

This poorly designed little devil has annoying strobe you must endure whenever you lock and unlock the lamp - a massive design flaw. You must hold down the "ON/OFF - Function" button" precisely 4 seconds to turn off and on - all while it flashes a high intensity strobe light for some reason, either in your eyes (like just now - I can barley see to type) or around the room. A half a second too long…
