The Super Slicer marries the extended blade profile of the Chris Kidder Special 12” Chef Knife with a meticulously crafted serrated edge, creating the ultimate slicing tool. A blend of artistry and engineering, the Super Slicer features our signature Wavegrind™ serration modified for dual-direction cutting. Its asymmetrical geometry sets it apart: forward-facing teeth near the tip effortlessly grip crusty artisan bread and delicate tomatoes, while backward-facing teeth toward the heel ensure maximum efficiency on the pull stroke. Whether you're slicing through meats, vegetables, soft sourdough, or hearty loaves, this knife delivers smooth, effortless cuts whether you are coming or going. Crafted from USA-made CPM S35VN steel, the Super Slicer is fitted with a handle made from carefully selected Ironwood, hand-finished by skilled artisans in Victor, Idaho.
