I got these for a race where it was going to be 101+ degrees. I have no regrets - they fit well and didn't move while running and definitely kept me cooler. I am a M/6 in tops, but my arms are definitely on the more muscular side and the MD/LG fit me. If anything they were maybe slightly too big, so I'd size down if you have thinner arms.
