Ode Gen 2 Replacement Magnetic Catch

Item seemed to be a return that had been used — damaged packaging and some scratches and other minor cosmetic issues — but was still usable. Purchase was refunded upon request.

Great.

Called Fellow about my existing catch whose outer coating started delaminating. They sent me a replacement catch right away. The new catch works just fine and I appreciate their prompt response.
