I have this shirt in three different colors. I live in Texas and this shirt stays in my weekly rotation between casual wear and CrossFit training throughout all seasons. I got a L so it was more roomy but could have probably gotten away with a M. I have one of these from years past that held up great so hoping this one is the same.
