Women's Merino Trench Coat

I returned this coat. The fabric is lovely but the cut/style is baggy and shapeless. I can’t imagine sizing down would do anything except make the sleeves too short.

The coat is lovely—well-made and feels good to the touch. Sadly, the size guide is off. It suggests I should order a medium, but others said the coat runs large so I ordered a small and still it was way too big. Then to return it, they couldn’t find my order using the purchase number, so referred me to a Customer Care Team who also needed the zip code where it was delivered. My printer is down so …
