I bought the Thera Ball for my arthritic hands, and I am very pleased with it. I have to exercise my hands every morning to alleviate pain and keep them working (after wearing compression gloves all night), and I use this vibrating ball to sooth them after all the exercises. Then I am ready to begin the day! I love it and would highly recommend it.

This has been wonderful for my foot pain. so easy to roll around under my feet. My wife loves this for her shoulders.
