Perfect for cool mornings to add a bit of warmth for the arms and hands or hot days to keep the sun off. The watch and thumb openings with the longer cuff are great. Close fitting sleeves but not tight feeling and the materials soaks up water really nicely when needing to add some cooling. Bought a second pair because I am wearing these on probably half of my runs this summer!
