Such a cute style and I was so excited to get this, but was a little surprised at how poor the quality felt once I got it. I’ve only had it for maybe 2 months, only using the handle to take it places a handful of times, and the strap has already broken.

I purchased on the latest restock. The bag itself is lovely, has plenty of room for makeup. I used it one time on a weekend trip and the handle completely broke off. I did not overstuff or force items in it. Sadly the handles didn’t hold up at all. Bummed because I wanted to love this bag. Hopefully Saie would replace it.
