I've purchased several of these T-shirts and am very pleased with the quality — the fit is great. I'm 5'11", 180 lbs, and went with the size 42 for a slightly looser fit.

It’s got enough weight that it doesn’t come off flimsy while still being light enought to wear in summer. This shirt understands the assignment. Just note the for guys with bit of a tummy, this shirt is cut thin enough that it won’t hide your paunch. Maybe size up?
