Not sure if this will be breathable as its a tight weave but lays nicely and is unique. I have 4 other Hawthorne Shirts in 40 and had to exchange this for a 42. Exactly one size small but arms wouldn't fit the 40, P2P measurement didn't match site for me but TS exchanged easily!

Single rounded chest pocket. Flat hem with vents at side seams. Double-needle felled construction. Wash cold and tumble dry low. Made in China.
