Eswillis0623 · Aug 2026Customized a bottle, that turned out beautifully, but the lid was cracked when I received the item. Neither the shipping box nor box that the bottle was is was damaged. So I have to assume it happened before the shipment. I reached out to customer service and still have not heard back two weeks later.
