Wish the top would have covered more and the bottom, a little bit more of my cheeks

I’m 5’6 usually 26/27 in jeans and purchased a M which is like wearing a wet saggy diaper. My top (bust 38 underbust 32) was a XL and while it did kinda fit my nipples would fly out if I turn too quickly. It’s also a single layer of fabric instead of 2 which I think would help with the sizing if it were 2. Very cute wish I didn’t dread wearing it
