Ordered products during the recent sale. After 3-4 weeks and I had not received the products, I followed up and was informed that they had no idea where my order was. I was provided a full refund, but no option to reship my products. Extremely disappointing service

My purchase has not arrived, its been 3 weeks and nothing… last time I bought it arrived in 8 days, through prívate packaching Company but Noe i dont understand how they sent it because it doesnt show info of my package in the shop app… :(
