I love the color and fit (typically wear medium but purchased small because of oversized), but the zipper doesn’t work properly. I can’t unzip the jacket all the way.

Ordered a medium and it was too big so I exchanged it for a small. The small arrived with a defective zipper (like others have mentioned) so I exchanged it for another. Now it’s perfect :)
