I had an issue with my high instep and had to return these boots. Return and replacement process was efficient and fast. Customer service at Thursday is excellent and the way all companies should work. Love the style of these boots and that they are available in wide widths.

I was looking for a very sturdy quality Chelsea boot that wasn’t going to kill the bank. Something that I can wear in Michigan Winters to work in casually that is rugged enough and tough enough, but still looks presentable with chinos and jeans. These are heavy well constructed boots that are breaking in nicely. Highly recommend them probably will come back this summer by the white sneakers.

Great quality and comfortable - true to size.
