I'm 5'4" 150 lbs 36C. I got a large. The shift is comfortable but its cheap material. It feels like plastic but its cute. Its not supportive and you can see my nipple outline without a bra so I'd recommend wearing it with a bra. If you're spending this much on a top I'd rather buy from a brand with better quality, like Athleta or Youngla. Update: not good for working out. Does not stay in place. …
