Pretty lightweight, no zip or velcro on pockets so I'm anxious about phone falling out on a run etc. No liner either.

Being only 5’6” and trying to find shorts that are not too long is a pain. However these are perfect, they sit mid to upper thigh on me. Material feels good with 2 pockets that are convenient. Although I’m a medium I buy a size down with Gymshark.
