The side pockets in the under layer are way too small for a phone, which is the purpose I bought these for. The shorts themselves seemed ok, but I am returning them. I also bought the mens running half tight, that has 2 big side panel pockets which are ample for a phone.

Best running shorts ever. Also have a pair in black. So comfortable on runs
Arny · Jul 2026I was really looking forward to these shorts. However, they're simply too uncomfortable. The shorts fit well on the waist, but the compression is way too tight (I have large quads). I wanted to give these shorts an honest try, but simply can't. I don't plan on returning and simply going to donate them. I hope others have better results.
