The product quality was great, the hoodie is definitely supreme 10/10 breathability wise. I usually wear Medium in hoodie sizes, I size down sometimes depending on the size. I am 5'6 165, id say size down to a small for a perfect fit. If you don't mind baggy or oversized, the medium will be fine. I returned the product only because the size was larger fit than I preferred in medium.
