Really impressed with the Fuego Max. My first Cotopaxi product and have to say, the quality blew me away. Comfortably handles single digit weather with heavy winds (long sleeve underneath). This is the fourth jacket I’ve tried to handle the uncharacteristically cold winter and it’s the only keeper. Fits slightly long, but other than that, true to size.
Frank C. · Feb 2026this is an incredibly warm jacket for how light it is. I have a wool peacoat that isn't much warmer than this and is very heavy and definitely cannot be packed into a suitcase. This can fold down into literally the size of a tissue. Keep in mind Cotopaxi sizes run ridiculously large. I am a medium or large most places and Cotopaxi is the only place I'm a small.
