I’m a 30A to a 32AA, and the XS works great for me. The padding is understated while giving a great amount of shape and lift. The only slight issue is that you can see a faint outline of the bottom of the built in bra, but it’s not apparent enough to bother me all that much.

If you're debating this shirt you should just get it. It has cups built into the shirt that perfectly lifts up your chest. It is a bit tight so you could size up but it's not uncomfortable I think it adds to the singe.
