I wanted to love this, but I the egg whites floated into the water and I felt like I wasted too much of them. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The company was great about standing behind their products and ensuring customer satisfaction--totally impressed there. This is the only product of theirs that I wasn't 100% satisfied with.
