The integrated locks, the hard sides, inside organizer, and best of all, the wheels. It's obvious that most luggage designers don't travel the streets in Europe. Cobblestone and brick sidewalks play havoc on the little wheels most other companies use. Skateboard and rollerblade wheels are the only way to go in Europe.
