I have already bought a part for a coffee maker that is only 4 months old. Now the wrong part was sent. I am in need of the 10 cup basket not the single cup basket. You accessory page apparently does not even offer that part. Now I have a $400 coffee maker that is useless.

Perfect replacement for my Follows drip coffee maker
RET · Mar 2026I am happy to have received the batch basket that I ordered but I am just shocked that I have had to replace it in less than a year of purchasing my Aiden coffee maker. I am not overly pleased with the design where the small plastic pieces that hold the basket are so weak.
